MachineStation is one of North America’s largest dealers of used CNC machine tools, specializing in the purchase, sale, and support of machinery both domestically and internationally. Our rapidly growing Parts Division provides essential replacement parts, tooling, controls, drives, motors, manuals, and accessories. We are seeking a dedicated professional to help scale this business to the next level.

Position Summary

This is a growth-oriented role focused on developing our parts business, not a warehouse or shipping position. If you are passionate about organizing inventory, creating online listings, providing excellent customer support, and building a sustainable business, we would like to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality online listings for CNC parts.
Research part numbers, compatibility, and pricing.
Manage inquiries, quotations, and online marketplaces (including eBay).
Organize and improve our existing parts inventory system.
Develop new product categories and cultivate vendor relationships.
Identify opportunities to increase sales.
Collaborate with sales, technical, and operations teams to support customers.
What Success Looks Like
Within your first 90 days, you will:
Learn MachineStation’s products, inventory, and workflow.
Become proficient in identifying CNC parts and industrial components.
Increase listing volume while maintaining quality and accuracy.
Improve inventory organization and visibility.
Help reduce the backlog of unlisted inventory.
Contribute to measurable growth in monthly parts revenue.

Qualifications

Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience working with CNC machine tools, industrial equipment, manufacturing, machine shops, industrial distribution, or technical parts sales.
Strong understanding of CNC components such as tooling, tool holders, chucks, vises, rotary tables, servo motors, drives, controls, encoders, and related industrial products is highly preferred.

Preferred Experience

eCommerce platforms: eBay, Facebook Marketplace
Software: Google Workspace, AI Tools
Industry knowledge: Manufacturing, distribution, industrial products, or mechanical aptitude.
