FAQs

What types of CNC machines do you offer?
We specialize in CNC mills and lathes. We also carry a wide range of other industrial equipment such as press brakes, grinders, band saws, waterjets, lasers, EDMs, and more. Browse our inventory for real-time availability.
Can I see the machine in operation before purchasing?
Absolutely. We’re happy to schedule an inspection. Please allow 48 business hours notice and a fully refundable 10% deposit to secure your appointment. Contact a sales rep to get started.
Do the machines come with any additional tools or attachments?
Some machines include tooling or accessories. This is clearly listed in the “Equipped With” section of each product page.
Are the software and controls up to date?
This varies by machine. Each listing specifies the control type and software version (if applicable). For further details, ask our team—we’re happy to provide photos or videos.
Can the machines be upgraded or modified?
Yes, in many cases. Our technicians or partners can discuss upgrades like control retrofits, coolant systems, probe installation, and more.
Are the original manuals and documentation included?
If included, they’ll be listed in the “Equipped With” section. If not available, we can often help you source digital manuals or documentation from the manufacturer.
Do you provide a maintenance history for the machines?
If available, we’ll provide prior service records. We also conduct our own functional inspection, which we can document before sale.
Has the machine been serviced regularly?
We don’t always have full service records, but every machine undergoes a basic inspection. We encourage buyers to request a video demo or come see it under power.
Are the machines free from liens or encumbrances?
Yes. We guarantee clean ownership on all machines we sell. Proof of ownership is available upon request.
Pricing, Offers & Payment
Is the price negotiable?
Yes, we accept reasonable offers. Use the “Make an Offer” button on the listing page or speak to a sales representative directly.
Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases?
Yes, we do. Contact us to discuss a bundle discount if you’re buying multiple machines.
Are there any hidden fees or additional costs?
No hidden fees. Additional charges may include sales tax (if applicable), loading, rigging, or shipping. These are clearly itemized before final purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept wire transfers, ACH, certified checks, and select forms of financing. We do not accept credit cards for machinery purchases.
Do you offer financing options?
Yes. Visit the “Used Machinery Financing” section under our “About Us” tab to apply or get pre-qualified. Approval decisions are typically made within 24–48 hours.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
We deal in pre-owned machinery, which is typically sold “as-is, where-is.” Sales are final unless otherwise agreed upon in writing before purchase.
Shipping, Delivery & Installation
Do you provide shipping services?
Yes. Just provide your shipping address when inquiring and we’ll send you a custom shipping quote.

What happens if the machine is damaged during shipping?
All shipments are insured. If damage occurs, contact us immediately so we can file a claim and coordinate a resolution.
Will the machine be installed and calibrated upon delivery?
We offer installation services in select areas for an additional fee. Contact us to confirm availability and pricing in your region.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery is within 2 weeks after payment. Urgent delivery or special rigging may impact the timeline.
