Spin the Wheel Promotion – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• Promotion valid for residents of the United States only.
• Must be 18 years or older to participate.
• Limit one (1) spin per person.
• Limit one (1) prize code per company.
• MachineStation reserves the right to void entries that appear to be automated, duplicated, fraudulent, or created using multiple email addresses.

2. Promotion Period

• Spin the wheel between November 26 – December 5, 2024
• Prize codes may be redeemed through December 31, 2025

3. Prize Codes & Redemption Rules

• All prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
• Cash discounts only applicable to cnc machines with minimum value of $20,000.00.
• Prize codes may be used toward qualifying CNC machines only.
• Prize codes cannot be combinedwith any other promotions, discounts, or previously negotiated pricing.
• Prize codes must be presented at the time of purchase.
• Lost, altered, or duplicated codes will not be honored.

4. Qualifying Machines

• MachineStation reserves the right to determine which machines qualify for each prize.
• Certain machines may be excluded, including:
  • Consignment machines
  • Clearance units
  • Machines already under negotiation
  • Machines already discounted

5. Free Loading & Shipping Prize

• Valid for standard loading and domestic U.S. ground freight only.
• Additional fees may apply for special equipment, oversized loads, expedited freight, or shipping outside the continental USA.

6. Limitation of Liability

• MachineStation is not responsible for:
  • Technical issues
  • System errors
  • Lost or delayed emails
  • Incorrect prize allocations due to bugs or outages

7. Right to Cancel or Modify

• MachineStation may cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if:
  • Technical issues impact fairness
  • Fraudulent activity is detected
  • Inventory limitations occur
  • Any situation arises that compromises the integrity of the promotion

8. Acceptance of Terms

By spinning the wheel or using a prize code, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge MachineStation’s decisions are final.
